As a primary school teacher, you will be dealing with students of 6 years to 9 years, providing basic knowledge in all subjects. You will also help students develop proper skills and social abilities.

There is no requirement to take any particular stream in +2. Any stream would make you eligible for the training program or course
This is a 2 year course with one year practical training and makes you eligible to take up teaching positions in primary classes.
You can also take up a Bachelor of Elementary Education which is an integrated degree program of 4 years duration including one year practical training
