An Aviation Hospitality professional is someone who works at airlines, airports, or other businesses within the aviation or aerospace industry, such as aircraft manufacturers where they take care of the needs of the consumer.
Duties of aviation hospitality professional is mainly safety-related. Looking after the standard of customer service, Inspecting the aircraft, ensuring the safety equipment is in place and working properly are also important duties.They provide any special needs of passengers to ensure they receive the proper care while boarding. They also perform pre takeoff service and resolve work-related problems when necessary. After landing, attendants assist passengers in safely deplaning the aircraft.
